A different Government Rule

After more than a year I am posting one now.

There was a time in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka when the crime rate was skyrocketting. The police and the governments didn't know what to do for a long time until some one came up with a plan. Immediately the governments came up with a rule forcing all people to append "Nambi" to their names. This plan worked wonders. How?

Because "Nambi Kettavar Yarum Illai" or "Nambi Kettavaru Yaaru Illa". Since, all Nambis are good people, crime rate went down.
